Finance Options

It is our goal to provide the best possible dental care for you. We do realize that financial concerns are unavoidable. We therefore offer the following financial payment options. We will be happy to work with you to plan the most appropriate arrangement. We want you to be able to enjoy the benefits of dental health.

Assignment of Insurance: Our office understands the value of insurance benefits to our patients and we gladly accept assignment of insurance benefits. Rarely does an insurance company cover an entire bill. We will do our best to estimate your deductible and the portion that will be covered by your insurance carrier. However, any balance remaining is your direct responsibility. This includes any non-covered services, yearly deductible, or co-payments particular to your individual insurance plan. Since it would be impossible for us to be familiar with the details of every insurance plan, we ask that you be aware of your financial responsibilities under the terms of your policy.

Payment Options:

Savings Program for Prepayment In Full: Our office offers a saving program for patients willing to pay for the entire cost of their treatment prior to treatment beginning. We extend a 7% saving for prepayment in cash and 5% prepayment with credit card. The saving program does require that we file your insurance. There is no assignment of benefit to our office.

Preauthorized Payment Option: This option allows you to extend payment up to 3 months with no interest attached. 30% down payment is required prior to treatment beginning.

Lay-away Plan: This option allows you to prepay your down payment or the entire amount due for treatment prior to treatment. The benefit of this option is that we can work with you to get your monthly payments within your budget and still make progress towards necessary treatment.

For both the Preauthorized Payment Option and the Lay-away Plan, your remaining monthly payments are handled through pre-authorization of payment through your checking or credit card account. You will simply choose a day of the month convenient for your budget and our office will deposit your payment on the day specified.

Outside Financing Options: Our office has contracted with a financing company so that we can offer you several attractive payment options. The qualification process is simple and can be completed within 20-30 minutes. You can apply on the Care Credit website. You have your choice of the following options within this program:

3mth, 6mth, 12mth, 18mth

No Interest (0%) Financing

Also, 2yr. – 4yr. extended financing available.

CapitalOne Healthcare Finance Card: You may apply for a “dental charge card” that will allow you to pay monthly on all your family’s dental care. It provides low monthly payments. The card works much like any other major credit card except that it is used only for dental expenses. The qualification process is simple and can usually be completed within 20-30 minutes.
